Museum tips for a fun time
Play and Stay Together
An adult must accompany all children, and a child must accompany all adults. Chaperones are responsible for their safety and the safety of their children.
Daily admission allows visitors to come and go throughout the day. Ask at the Front Desk for a stamp for re-entry!
Read and Share
Help your child make the most of their museum time by reading any signage around the museum and then sharing this information with them.
Clean Up
We know that messes are part of the fun and part of being creative. Cleaning up after you’re finished will help us provide a better experience for everyone, including you!
Snack Areas
We welcome at the table outside Lyn’s Little Learners, outside in the Outdoor Adventure or in the Annex Kitchen Studio. Snacks can be purchased at our Steam Forest Reception Desk. However, for safety reasons, we do not allow food or beverages on the museum floor.
Storage and Family Care
Unlocked lockers in our bathroom hallway are available to store your belongings. The Children's Museum is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Diaper-changing stations are located in the restrooms. We also offer a relaxing, private room complete with comfy chair and changing tables for your nursing and childcare needs. Sponsored by Medford Woman's Clinic.
