We offer a wide variety of schedules designed to fit the unique needs of our families. While navigating these options can feel complicated, we are here to help you create the ideal balance for your child’s development and your family's routine.

Financial Assistance: Preschool Promise
We believe every child deserves a high-quality, play-based education. We are proud to offer Preschool Promise spots at several of our locations.
Preschool Promise placements are not guaranteed. Available spots vary by location and are awarded based on program funding, capacity, and family eligibility criteria.
Enrollment Status & Process
We aim to make joining The Ivy School as smooth as possible. Our team manages applications carefully to ensure proper classroom sizes and staffing for every student.
Current Availability
Enrollment for our current school year is closed. We will be opening enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year in May.
Our Process
We process applications on a first come, first served basis within the available schedules and classrooms.

Submit an Interest List form: Follow the link to our Brightwheel database to create an account and submit the interest list form. Once enrollment is open, an enrollment packet will become available through Brightwheel.

Submit Your Application: Complete the enrollment packet for all needed forms.

Stay Connected: All enrollment communication is handled via email/Brightwheel. Please keep a close watch on your inbox for updates from our administration team. They will give you updates on enrollment timeframe and next steps.

Processing: We process applications as quickly as possible. This part could involve multiple back and forth emails with our administration team to determine exact schedule, location, and needs.

Confirmation: Once a spot becomes available and your application is reviewed, we will reach out via email to finalize your application and admission. This will include paying registration and materials fees and setting up an orientation appointment with our admin team. Your student's placement is not guaranteed until all fees are paid and confirmation is given by our administration.
