Come to The Children’s Museum for your next special event - have fun, play and learn. The Children’s Museum offers different options to make your event a memorable one.

PRIVATE EVENTS
Two different events are available. All events are priced for 15 participants with the option to increase to 20 participants. All events are subject to room and staff availability. At least one adult is required to accompany every 5 children. Non-participating adults may attend at no additional charge.

Personal Event - Time in the culinary studio for your personal event. No program is provided.

Bisqueware Painting - Time in the culinary studio for your event plus a bisqueware plate or vase to paint. Items will be fired and ready for pick-up by the event organizer within 2 weeks of the event.

Two adults may come 20 minutes before your scheduled time for any necessary personal decorations. No additional food or cutlery is provided.

The Children’s Museum cleans up everything but your group’s personal items.

PRICES
Personal Event
$300 up to 15 participants
*$20 per additional participant (up to 5 additional)
Bisqueware Painting
$600 up to 15 participants
*$40 per additional participant (up to 5 additional)

Museum Members receive a 10% discount off the total amount. Discount is taken at time of balance payment.

50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the date of your event. All fees are due 14 days prior to your event.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Events canceled more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a $25 processing fee.

Events canceled between 14 and 30 days forfeit the full booking deposit (50% of the rental fee).

Events canceled within 14 days of the scheduled event will have the full rental applied as a cancellation fee.
The Oregon Center for Creative Learning reserves the right to cancel an event with a 30-day notice if the scheduled event conflicts with a planned Center event.
